Design

Many people think that a project starts when construction begins. When in fact, the key to a successful project is to plan everything out beforehand. Lauren will manage every detail you need to begin construction, from drafting the design of your spaces, to preparing the budget, schedule, and product selection.

Build

Construction can be overwhelming. With all of the moving parts, decision fatigue can set in. Our goal is to take that burden off you.

We will monitor the schedule, budget, manage the work crews, and problem solve, all the while communicating to you as the construction progresses. After construction, maybe while you sip your morning cup of coffee, we want you to reflect on how beautiful your space is and how is feels like home. Let me help you build what we designed together.

Step One: Identify Scope

This is where we identify the elements of your home that will be built, such as which rooms will be remodeled or constructed.

Step Two: Design Development

Custom design plans drafted to your style and product preferences. We will collaborate on room flow, and design elements from electrical finishes to grout color.

Step Three: Procurement and Construction (Optional Service)

End to end construction management. This step includes product procurement, and subcontractor coordination.

Management services will include weekly construction updates, identification of critical path items, clarify questions from the build team, and work through critical decision making with client.
