Lauren Freist Design Build is a design firm based in Spokane, Washington offering design and project management services for ground-up construction, full scale renovations, and comprehensive furnishing and decor services.

We believe that the key to a successful project is to not only design the project, but include the project documents necessary to build out your spaces effectively. Before construction begins we will select architectural details and finishes, furnishings, fabrics, accessories, and draft custom details unique to your living space.

During construction we will work in close collaboration with the contractor, and home owner to ensure the project is delivered on time and budget. We will draft the design of your spaces, track the budget, and schedule for your project. At the end of the project your space will be styled to elevate the design and make your space feel like home.
